One of two concepts pitched to the client for a new campaign idea surrounding the general idea that productive people at work are happy people in relation to the use of technologies by the client. Went with some reverse masking and colorization that would be simple enough to do in a time-sensitive situation yet high impact.
Typically one does not add to a brand’s established color palette but sometimes for new campaign ideas, risks need to be taken especially with a color palette that is muted to begin with. Soft colors can clash with the high energy feeling of productivity. Here the brand colors were still largely used, including the brand’s classic orange, yellow and navy but the former sky blue shade was tweaked to become more cyan and the depths of black shadow and contrast enhanced within the image.
